Captain Toti Tagal graduated with a degree in B.S. Chemical Engineering, and was a former military pilot of the Philippine Air Force.
Now, he is an airline retired pilot.
He is a new member of our National Youth Movement for the West Philippine Sea (NYMWPS) Family!
Captain Tagal informed me that he had been flying over our Kalayaan Islands ( Spratlys) as a military pilot in the 80s when he was stationed in Palawan during that period.
